Great location, especially for travelers with a layover. It's not too far from the airport and also conveniently located near the city center.

The room amenities did not match the pictures online, and the bed was quite hard.

Not value for money. Maybe I got penalized by booking this hotel from Booked.net and I was not even offer a twin bed and the floor offered to me is the lowest floor of this hotel.

The place is relatively peaceful, clean and decent and looks exactly on the pictures posted on the website.

The internet which is supposed to be free and part of their special package was not working almost the entire period of our stay. Reported repeatedly but is seems that the it person in charge was no where to be found, maybe on leave? No one knows... The corkscrew is maybe one of the most valued kitchen tool for the kitchen guys for them not to let it out from the kitchen. You have to bring your wine bottle to the kitchen and ask them to open it for you if you forgot to buy you own corkscrew with the wine...

Amazing view from our room! The city skyline was breathtaking. While the room was small, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary toothbrush and free wifi were a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers.

Hotel room is very small and the ac unit is quite noisy. Getting around may not be easy unless you can speak Chinese; otherwise; taxi is the only choice.

The room key was terrible we had to try like 20 times each time we wanted to open our room. And I believe that the hotel walls were all scratched by travelers with their shoes or luggage. The WiFi never worked but it was free so nothing to claim, they let me use their broadband ethernet cable at the end.

The hotel is located near some shops and has a nice view of the city lights at night. Despite the small size of the room, it is clean and tidy which is a plus. The staff members are polite and helpful with giving directions to nearby attractions.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The air conditioning unit is old and does not work well, leaving the room feeling stuffy and humid.

Convenient transportation, close to the airport and good location for shopping. The hotel is easily accessible by public buses and taxis. The hotel is close to the airport, so it's perfect if you have an early flight. The Rambler Shopping Plaza near the hotel has many shops, including food and drink stores.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had to change room once because the first room has a strong smell of smoke.

Not walking distance to mrt. A bit noisy, Chinese hotel guests tend to talk very loud in the corridor. Room door always difficult to open with key card.

I recently had a very good stay in a hotel located in a convenient city center location. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about public transport options, which made getting around the city a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a room with wifi included, without even having to ask. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice view similar to the pictures on the website. The delicious breakfast included in the room rate was the perfect way to start our day and fueled us for exploring the city.

All was great, no improvements needed.
